What is the program all about?
Fulfilled Lives Fitness Coaching is a 12-month transformation program that helps you make sustainable changes in your eating and lifestyle with the help of a coach.
At the same time, it empowers you to make a lasting impact in the world by helping those in need get the education, food and life they wouldn't otherwise get.
In FLF we don't believe in reinventing the wheel. Rather, we use the best systems available to us to help you achieve YOUR goals.
We use a habit-based approach to help you develop the skills you need to make lasting change. Based on behaviour change psychology, the program is designed to fit into your lifestyle, and not the other way around. It's purpose is to allow you to succeed even in your worst days.
We achieve this by using ProCoach as our transformation platform. This system has been developed by Precision Nutrition, the biggest online nutrition company in the world. These guys have years of experience in the industry and know what they do.
They are the people who taught me what I know, and where I got my nutrition coaching certification from. It's curriculum and approach has been tested with over 50,000 people around the world, with extraordinary results, including me.

Who is Fulfilled Lives Fitness Coaching NOT for?
FLF Coaching is not for you if you are a fitness model, bodybuilder or elite athlete. If you don't have problems with accountability and staying consistent with nutrition and workouts, we are not a good fit.
Will Fulfilled Lives Fitness Coaching work for me?
If you stick to the full duration of the program and take action on what we recommend you to do, then you will get the results you want.
If you do at least 80% of the tasks we ask you to do, you will get in the best shape of your life, guaranteed.
This program is not meant to be done perfectly, but rather, it is to be done consistently. If you strive to get 0.1% better every day and incrementally make small, daily changes, you will get healthier and fitter than you ever thought possible.

Who are you and what qualifies you?
I've been where you are now. I've experienced first hand what it is like to be overweight. I've tried every single diet on the face of the earth, and I've gotten disappointed when I didn't get the results I expected.
I've gotten healthier, fitter and stronger, and have also been able to maintain the results for years. I've learnt that we all have the ability to change, to grow and improve as a person. We just need the proper guidance and environment to do so.
I became a nutrition certified coach (Precision Nutrition Level 1 and 2), with the purpose of helping others get out of where I used to be. I am the founder of Fulfilled Lives Fitness, as well as Ingenieria Nutritional, a nutrition blog in Spanish.
My mission is to help others find their best version of themselves, and empower them to make a lasting impact in the world.
Will you give me a meal plan to follow?
No. We'll never give you a meal plan to follow because it doesn't work. It's been proven that diets fail 98% of the time.
Our approach is very different. We use a proven behaviour change methodology that focuses on daily practices to build healthy, long-lasting habits.
With the help of a coach, you choose what foods you want to eat, when and how much.

Why are you offering this type of coaching?
I believe in creating meaningful lives, both for ourselves as well as others.
If we want fulfilling lives, we have to start with ourselves. We have to align our actions to our values and priorities so that we become the person we know we can be. We have to walk the walk. We have to BE better.

I've been there myself.
I've experienced first hand what it is like to be overweight. To try every single diet on the face of the earth, and get disappointed when I didn't get the results I expected.
From popular diets and internet blogs to nutritionists and the scientific literature, I tried it all.
Nothing seemed to work. Yes, I would lose the weight but would gain it all back after I stopped dieting. Results didn't seem to stick.

I am a beginner with a lot of weight to lose. Will this work for me?
Yes. In our coaching program you will fit right away, as we focus on the fundamentals first. We also make sure you work at a pace that's comfortable for you.
I am NOT a beginner. Will this work for me?
Our nutrition strategies are tailored to you, so even if you have years of experience lifting or tried heaps of diets, you will see big results. This is not a "one size fits all" program. You can rest assured you will work closely with your coach to find what's best for your needs.
I DON'T have a lot of weight to lose. Will this work for me?
Absolutely. Thin doesn't always mean healthy. With FLF coaching you will work on developing healthy habits that will allow you to feel what it's like to have a healthy and energetic body.
Is this just for young people?
No. Our coaching program has been proven to work with people of all ages.
How are we going to "change the world"?
Every month you will have the opportunity to "donate" the kilos you lost to fight malnutrition worldwide.
The way we do this is as follows:
- You vote. By the end of the month, you choose one of the three charities we work with. You will see they all focus on different areas - education, water, or food. Once the voting is complete, the charity with the most number of votes will be selected to receive the donation.
- We donate our profit. We donate the program's monthly profit to the selected charity.
- You change the world. Your efforts would go beyond getting in the best shape of your life. They will be changing lives all over the world!
What if it doesn't work for me?
Commit to the full duration of the program - that is, one year.
If you work hard and do a good job, you'll get in the best shape of your life, and change somebody else's life in the process.
If you don't get the results you are looking for after the 12 months, you choose whether you want your money back (all of it), or if you want to donate it to someone in extreme poverty. You choose, no questions asked.
Am I required to submit progress photos?
Not really. The progress photos are optional.
We ask for progress photos because it's a way to document your transformation. Also, they are very important for your coach to see how you are progressing and be able to give you better advice.
If by the end of the program you are proud of your transformation, we will ask for permission to use them as testimonials. No obligation.
How much does it cost?
Our online Nutrition Coaching program ranges from AUD$100 to AUD$300 a month, depending on your needs.

We also have flexible payment plans with extra benefits for you.
Will I have to spend a lot of money on supplements?
Absolutely not. Supplements are just that... supplements. First, you need to have a solid nutritional base, which is what we'll be mainly working on during the program.
We may recommend you some supplements (very few, if any), but even these are optional.
Plus, by making more careful and informed decisions about what kinds of foods to consume, you will be saving some extra money on groceries as well.
Will I need to join a GYM?
No. You are not required to join a GYM, however you can if you want.
You can do all the workouts we recommend in your house if that's what you want. We also have workouts that can be done in a full GYM scenario.

I live in X country. Can I still participate?
FLF Coaching is 100% online. Which means that as long you have a mobile phone (tablet or computer) and an internet connection you have access to the full content of the program.
All the lessons, habits, workouts, videos and group coaching sessions are 100% online.
I already have a personal trainer. Can I still do FLF Coaching?
Absolutely. You can continue with both, if that's what you want.
Just let your coach know after you subscribe.
I have a few injuries. Can I still join?
Yes. Our workouts can be tailored to fit your needs. Just let your coach know once you've signed up.
I follow a special diet (vegan, paleo, etc.). Will you still work with me?
Yes. At Fulfilled Lives Fitness we are nutrition agnostics. We don't follow any particular diet. In fact, we can work with clients on the paleo diet, as well as on vegetarian diets.
We can easily customize all the nutrition habits on the program. Just let your coach know what your dietary preferences are and he will be able to help out.
When does the Fulfilled Lives Fitness Coaching start?

How long does the program run for?
The program runs for one full year - 12 months.
We've found that this is the best period of time required to build healthy habits that last.
In a full year you will get the chance to experience every single challenge life can throw at you. This means you will get plenty of opportunities to practice your habits, and get good at them. Which ultimately means, you will get in the best shape of your life, for the rest of your life.
Now, this doesn't mean that you are stuck to doing the full year. You can stop as soon as you get to your goal, or you can keep going even beyond the 12 months.
