I believe that there's something within you that is valuable to humanity. You have ideas, motivations and dreams that can make the world a better place.

I know this because I've seen how much can happen on the outside, when change starts on the inside.
I know how frustrating it can be to want to get in shape, go on a diet, lose the weight and then put it all back.
I know how annoying it is to find yourself consumed with life responsibilities without the time to take care of yourself and do the things you enjoy.
I know what it is like to want to make an impact in the world in some way, shape or form, but not have the time, energy or confidence to do so.
I've been there myself.
I've experienced first hand what it is like to be overweight. To try every single diet on the face of the earth, and get disappointed when I didn't get the results I expected.
From popular diets and internet blogs to nutritionists and the scientific literature, I tried it all.
Nothing seemed to work. Yes, I would lose the weight but would gain it all back after I stopped dieting. Results didn't seem to stick.
Then I tried coaching.
